Karissa Birthwright

Karissa Birthwright currently serves as a People Business Partner at Anduril Industries, a role assumed in October 2023. Karissa is also the Founder of saintvegann®, a plant-based lifestyle brand aimed at promoting veganism in high-need neighborhoods since December 2019. Prior experience includes positions at Snap Inc. as a Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist, and at Accenture as an HR Partner following the acquisition of Droga5. Karissa has a solid foundation in human resources, having worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at Droga5 where onboarding procedures were effectively implemented for over 100 new hires during 2020. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from The College of Saint Rose, coupled with previous roles such as HR Business Analysis Intern at the Office of the NYS Comptroller and a Summer Intern in Human Resources at Tompkins Bank of Castile. As a former student athlete, Karissa received the 2016 Female Newcomer of the Year award and is recognized on the NE-10 Honor Roll.
