Danielle Martin (Matus)

Danielle Matus Martin is an experienced HR professional with a focus on talent acquisition and workforce management, currently serving as HR Manager for the Great Lakes region at Fabcon since January 2019. Danielle has a strong background in high-volume, full-life cycle recruitment across various roles in project management, engineering, and supervisory positions. Prior to Fabcon, Danielle held multiple roles at Aerotek, including On Premise Manager and Senior Technical Recruiter, where responsibilities involved managing construction workforce performance, employee relations, and staffing coordination. Earlier career experiences include a sales internship at Thomson Reuters and a customer service role at National City Bank. Danielle earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Professional Sales from The University of Toledo.
