Tom Kuckhahn has had a long and extensive career at Fabcon. Tom started in 1994 as a Structural Design Engineer and worked in that role until 1996. In 1997, they moved on to become the Manager of R&D until 1999. From 2000 to 2002, they served as the Director of Engineering. Tom then transitioned to the role of VP of Engineering from 2003 to 2007. In 2008, they were promoted to the position of VP of Manufacturing and Engineering. Finally, in 2016, Tom took on the responsibilities of CEO/President until their departure in July 2020.
