Julia Haug

Julia Haug serves as a Specialist in People Development at Faber-Castell Group since March 2022, where responsibilities include the development and implementation of personnel development processes and tools, conducting training needs assessments, and managing internal vocational training. Previously, Julia Haug worked as a working student in personnel development at Faber-Castell, assisting in the organization of leadership development programs and training measures. Earlier experience includes handling COVID-19 entry control at Klinikum Konstanz, an internship in personnel marketing and recruitment at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH, and a student assistant role in communication and marketing at the University of Konstanz. Julia Haug holds a Master of Science in Social Economics from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and a Bachelor of Arts in Political and Administrative Sciences from the University of Konstanz, complemented by an Erasmus program at University College Cork.
