Alex Gonzalez is currently a Manager at Fiola Miami since March 2022. With previous experience as a Beverage Manager at Ruth's Chris Steak House and Assistant Manager at Morton's The Steakhouse, Alex has a strong background in managing inventory, ordering, and overseeing private events. Alex also served as a Bar Manager at both Morton's Grille and Vic & Anthony's Steakhouse, showcasing their expertise in managing bars and lounges. Alex holds a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Art and Design from Florida Atlantic University.
