Naheem Edmeade

Naheem Edmeade is an experienced restaurant manager with a strong background in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Restaurant Manager at Metro Diner since November 2018, Naheem is responsible for menu creation, ingredient sourcing from local vendors, food safety standards, inventory management, and staff hiring and training, in addition to budget and payroll management. Previously, at Carrabba's Italian Grill from November 2012 to November 2018, Naheem excelled as the Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager, demonstrating leadership skills and effective management of a high-volume kitchen. Naheem's early career included roles as a Business Sales Representative at First Data Corporation, where lead generation and client relationship building were key responsibilities, and as a Junior Stockbroker at Fordham Financial, focusing on high-volume cold calling and client acquisition. Naheem holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Administration/Management from Daytona State College.
