Gillon Davis

Gillon Davis has experience working as a Line Cook at Fiola and Blu Pointe. Prior to this, Gillon held positions as a Natural Resources Specialist and Restoration Ecologist at Gulf South Research Corporation, where they led field crews in various ecological and habitat management projects. Gillon also served as a Geographic Information System Intern at the same company. Gillon holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from The Culinary Institute of America and a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Ecology from Louisiana State University.
