Monica Wen

Monica Wen has worked in a variety of roles since 2011. Monica began their career as an Editor at \u638c\u9605\u79d1\u6280\u80a1\u4efd\u6709\u9650\u516c\u53f8 in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Stella International Ltd. as a Merchandiser, where they were responsible for communicating with customers and arranging the first prototype after receiving their shoe sketches. In 2014, they joined Shoes of Prey as an Assistant Production Manager, where they were responsible for process improvement, training, and creating a database process model in Quick Base. In 2018, they moved to LuXinjia Import &. Export Co., ltd as an Assistant prduction manager, where they were responsible for preparing for the new production line, planning the factory layout and production process, and communicating with wholesale customers. Currently, they are working as an Operations Manager at Fable Food Co since 2019.

Monica Wen completed their Associate's degree in Business English from the Hunan Institute of Technology in 2011. Since then, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Excel 2010: Advanced Training from Udemy in September 2018, Accounting Fundamentals from Lynda.com in September 2016, Time Management Fundamentals from Lynda.com in August 2016, Personal Finance Fundamentals from Lynda.com in July 2016, and Personal Investing Basics from Lynda.com in July 2016.
