Jill Sherman is a skilled Talent Partner with extensive experience in talent acquisition across multiple biotech and therapeutics companies. Currently serving as a Talent Partner at Fable Therapeutics since April 2024, Jill has held similar roles at Oruka Therapeutics and Akero Therapeutics, along with various positions at Christine Mathews Consulting. These include leadership roles in talent acquisition at Metagenomi, Synthekine, Freenome, Olema Oncology, Encoded Therapeutics Inc., and Sonoma Biotherapeutics.
