Monika Yadav has worked for two companies, FableStreet and Jutex India. Monika began their career at FableStreet in 2022 as a Brand Executive, and prior to that was a Branding Intern at the same company. In 2021, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Jutex India.

Monika Yadav has a Master of Fashion Management from the National Institute of Fashion Technology Hyderabad, which they obtained in 2022. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's in English Literature from AMITY.
