Katherine dela Cruz Paulk

Katherine Dela Cruz Paulk is an accomplished retail operations leader with extensive experience in various management roles. Currently serving as Vice President of Retail Operations & Training at Fabletics since June 2013, Katherine has also held positions such as Senior Director and Director of Retail Operations, along with a focus on retail training and development. Prior to Fabletics, Katherine garnered experience at MAC Cosmetics as a Retail Manager and held leadership positions at Target and Nordstrom, including Executive Team Leader and Business Manager for MAC Cosmetics. Katherine holds dual B.A. degrees in Sociology and Film & Digital Media from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
