Kirsten Peterson

Kirsten Peterson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive operations and strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the Senior Chief of Staff at Fabletics since August 2020, Kirsten oversees the Office of the CEO and collaborates closely with the CEO and co-founder. Previously, Kirsten held the position of Chief of Staff at TechStyle Fashion Group, managing key meetings and strategic projects. With a strong background in influencing HR strategy as an Executive Strategy Associate within the Global People Team and as an Associate Consultant at Semler Brossy Consulting Group, Kirsten has demonstrated expertise in executive compensation analyses. Kirsten also served as Chief Operating Officer for ACE Abroad, where operational management and funding initiatives were critical. Educated at Pomona College with a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Economics and Psychology, Kirsten's early career included risk analysis roles at First Hawaiian Bank.
