Kyla Balkan

Kyla Balkan currently serves as the Director of Member Insights and Strategy at Fabletics, a position held since November 2021. Prior experience includes a progressive tenure at Kearney from August 2016 to November 2021, where roles encompassed Manager, Associate, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst. Kyla's early career included internships as a Financial Analyst Intern at LEÓN, MAYER & Co., a Program Development Intern at Elephant Community Press, and a Research Assistant in the University of Pennsylvania English Department. Kyla holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and English Literature from the University of Pennsylvania and is an alumna of Ransom Everglades Upper School.
