David Schaller

David Schaller is an experienced Process Engineer with a demonstrated history in the extrusion and thermoforming sectors. Currently serving as a Process Engineer at Fabri-Kal since September 2005, David focuses on maintaining and reestablishing flow, as well as leading R&D engineering and new product development initiatives, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and Lean methodologies. Prior to this role, David worked at Maui Cup, Letica Corporation from November 2001 to August 2005, where responsibilities included developing and training employees on processing techniques and machine setup for extrusion and thermoforming equipment. David's career began at Winpak Portion Packaging, where, from May 1976 to June 2001, management of R&D and new product development for seven-layer high-barrier rigid sheets took place, alongside overseeing all extrusion and thermoforming activities.
