Henry Schrader

VP, Systems Engineering at Fabric Cryptography

Henry Schrader has a strong background in engineering with over 30 years of experience in the industry. Henry currently holds the position of VP of Systems Engineering at Fabric Cryptography since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Engineering at a Stealth Startup in August 2021. From 2016 to 2021, they worked as the Head of Engineering at Lionfish Labs. Henry also gained experience as the General Manager at Analog Devices from June 2018 to December 2019. Before that, Henry worked at Cerebras Systems as a System Engineering, where they designed and released pcba and firmware for an AI deep learning accelerator system.

In the earlier years of their career, Henry held various positions at Nokia, TiMetra Networks, Cisco, Network Equipment Technologies, and SiliconEngines. Notable roles include being the Director and Senior Principal Engineer at Nokia, where they owned the architecture, design, and successful release of the 7950 XRS core router family. At TiMetra Networks, they worked as a Principal Design Engineer and played a key role in the architecture and design of the multi-service 7750 SR edge router. At Cisco, they were a Senior Hardware Design Engineer and Senior Hardware Engineer, contributing to the development of SONET CPE routers.

Throughout their career, Henry has demonstrated strong leadership and technical expertise in engineering, firmware development, and hardware design.

Henry Schrader has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from Santa Clara University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. These certifications include Fintech from UC Berkeley Boot Camps (obtained in March 2021), Energy Innovation and Emerging Technologies from Stanford University (obtained in December 2020), Blockchain and Cryptocurrency: Regulating Innovation from Stanford University (obtained in October 2020), and the Wireless Communication Professional credential from the IEEE (obtained in an unspecified year).
