David Pain

David Pain has worked for five companies since 2011. David began their career as a Junior Project Manager for Southern California Edison in 2011. In 2012, they moved to Littelfuse Startco as a Mechanical Engineer. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Project Engineer for Genalta Power Inc. In 2016, they became a Manufacturing Engineer for General Atomics. Most recently, they have been the Founder & CTO of Fabric8Labs since 2015.

David Pain obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Santa Barbara, between 2008 and 2012. During the same time period, they also obtained a Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate from the same institution. In June 2012, they were awarded an EIT certification from the California Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, and Geologists. In September 2015, they obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
