Geoffrey Mayne

Geoffrey Mayne has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Geoffrey is currently employed at Fabric8Labs as a Staff Engineer since March 2023. Prior to this, Geoffrey worked at HP for several years, holding various positions. From February 2019 to January 2023, they served as a Sr. R&D Manager, focusing on 3D scanning. In this role, they led a team in the development of Sprout by HP and delivered 3D scan platforms. Starting in January 2013 and until February 2019, Geoffrey worked as a Sr. HW Manager, specializing in Immersive Computing. Here, they played a key role in programs related to Sprout by HP, including 3D scanning and FitStation. Additionally, they served as an Innovations Program Manager at HP from February 2011 to January 2013, overseeing prototype development and technology investigations.

Geoffrey also has experience working with InterNational Committee for Information Technology Standards (INCITS), where they held the position of Standards Lead from February 2020 to December 2022.
