Paulius Bareika has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles. Paulius worked as the Chief Technology Officer at FabricAir, where they managed cross-functional teams and spearheaded the creation of new teams in India and Turkey. Prior to that, they served as a Software Project Manager and Vilnius branch manager at the same company, where they led diverse teams, crafted strategies, and provided guidance on system architectures. Paulius also worked at KOMFOVENT UAB as the Head of R&D department, managing a team of 20 members and overseeing various responsibilities such as software development, air handling units designing, and laboratory tests. Paulius Bareika completed their Bachelor's Degree in Energetics at VILNIUS TECH - Vilnius Gediminas Technical University from 2007 to 2011. Paulius then pursued a Master's Degree in Energy Engineering at the same university from 2011 to 2013.
