Dustin Polito has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Dustin started their career at Lockheed Martin in 2002 as a Software Engineer Associate and worked their way up to become a Software Engineering Manager. During their ten-year tenure, they were responsible for technical and personnel management on projects such as the F35 Pilot and Maintainer Training Program, Avionics test systems for the F35 and F22, and Machinery and Engine Control systems for Navy Destroyers. In 2012, they joined Fabricated Pipe, Inc. as the President and Project Engineer. Dustin also worked at Miracle League at Cypress Mounds and Cypress Mounds Baseball Complex in 2012 in staff and management roles respectively.
Dustin Polito completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Louisiana State University in 2002. Dustin then pursued further studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business between 2005 and 2007.
