John Davidson

John Davidson is a Senior High Throughput Engineer at FabricNano. John has also worked as a Biochemical Engineer and a Process Engineer.

Davidson's experience in engineering covers a wide range of disciplines, including reaction engineering, product development, quality control, and automation. John has also been responsible for the in-house operation and scaling of a novel pyrolysis process to produce proprietary catalytic material. In their previous role as a process engineer, Davidson took the lead role in the Pilot Plant Project, which was concerned with assessing the feasibility of constructing a pilot-scale operation to further scale the production process. This included creating flowsheets, unit designs, process flow diagrams, and stakeholder management plans, as well as sizing equipment and making basic economic considerations pertaining to CAPEX, OPEX, and labour requirements.

John Davidson has a professional certificate in machine learning and artificial intelligence from Imperial College London. John also has a BEng in chemical engineering from UCL. Lastly, they have a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry from the University of Pretoria/Universiteit van Pretoria.
