Jon Cavanaugh

Jon Cavanaugh, PMP, ACP, currently serves as the Manager of the Project Management Office at Fabricut, Inc., where responsibilities include developing the PMO for company-wide projects and implementing Agile and traditional project management approaches. Previous roles include Co-Founder and Project Manager at Expert Ready, achieving significant revenue growth through process optimization and client interaction improvements, and M&A Technical Lead/Senior Solutions Manager at OP5, where Jon played a key role in technical evaluations for mergers and acquisitions and successfully integrated a log analytics firm. Prior experience also encompasses senior positions in sales, implementation, and IT management at Hostek and Norvel Hayes Ministries, respectively. Jon is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and holds an Associate of Arts in Bible/Biblical Studies.
