Jay Sahnan

Jay Sahnan has a diverse range of work experience. In 2018, they served as a Volunteer Reserve Officer Cadet in the Royal Air Force (RAF), where they participated in flying training, adventure activities, and fitness sessions. Jay completed a two-week parachuting training and engaged in adventurous training in Austria. In 2019, Jay founded Accelerate ME and was selected as one of twelve student start-ups for an intensive 12-week accelerator program with an equity-free investment. At National 3D Printing Society in 2020, they volunteered as a Director and led the N3DPS mask project, raising £22k and distributing 25k 3D printed face shields to charities in various countries. Currently, Jay is a Co-Founder of Fabrio Design, a position they started in 2021.

Jay Sahnan holds a BEng degree in Aerospace Engineering from The University of Manchester. Prior to that, they attended Queen Mary's Grammar School. In terms of additional certifications, Jay obtained the Autodesk Certified Instructor certification from Autodesk in February 2022, and the Python 3 Course certification from Codecademy in January 2022. Jay also holds the Arkwright Engineering Scholar title from the Arkwright Engineering Scholarships organization. Furthermore, Jay has completed the "Learn How to Get Started with Natural Language Processing Course" offered by Codecademy, although the exact month and year of completion are not specified.
