Avri Bilovich has a wealth of work experience, starting in 2006 as an Analyst at Citi. In 2008, they moved to Alfa^ as a Consultant (developer), developing front-end asset finance software using agile methodologies. Avri then joined Markit in 2009 as an Analyst in the Evaluated Bonds team, again using agile methodologies. In 2014, they became a Behavioural Science Consultant for the Behavioural Design Lab, a partnership between the Design Council (London) and WBS, advising on a number of projects relating to consumer behaviour and decision making. In 2017, they took on a role as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, working on the Leading Integrity project and a collaboration between WBS and Croydon Council's Behavioural Change Hub. Avri also took on an ESRC policy internship at the Department for Business, Energy Industrial Strategy (BEIS). In the same year, they became a Founding Member of Common Collective. Since 2018, they have been an Honorary Research Fellow and Postgraduate Researcher at UCL, part of the Center for the Study of Decision Uncertainty, researching the use of 'Conviction Narratives' in decision making under uncertainty. Most recently, in 2021, Avri joined Fabulous as a Growth Product Manager / Behavioural Scientist.
Avri Bilovich has a background in education spanning from 2003 to 2018. From 2003 to 2006, they attended the University of Bath, where they earned a BSC (hons) in Computer Science. From 2007 to 2009, they attended UCL, where they earned an MSc (hons) in Cognitive and Decision Sciences. Finally, from 2013 to 2018, they attended the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, where they earned a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD in Behavioral Sciences.
