Andreas Ockel

Andreas Ockel serves as the Chief Operating Officer at FACC AG since November 2017, bringing extensive experience from notable positions such as General Manager at Airbus Tianjin FAL Co. Ltd. and Vice President of Cabin Procurement Operations at Airbus from August 2009 to November 2017. Prior to Airbus, Ockel held various leadership roles at BMW Group from 1998 to 2009, including Vice President of Purchasing and Parts Quality. Ockel's career began at BSH Home Appliances Group as a Project Manager in 1997, and earlier, served in the Bundeswehr as a Captain and Helicopter Pilot from July 1985 to June 1997. Ockel holds a Diplom-Ingenieur University degree in Electrical Engineering from Bundeswehr University Munich and a Diplom-Wirtschaftsingenieur (FH) degree in Engineering and Business Administration from AKAD University.
