Sumeet Kalkar has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Sumeet began their career at Nobletek GmbH in 2006 as a Junior Design Engineer, where they worked on CAD modeling and various design projects. In 2011, Sumeet co-founded and managed ITS digitech Pvt. Ltd. until it was acquired by FACC Solutions Pvt. Ltd. In this role, they served as the Managing Director and played a crucial role in the acquisition. Sumeet then joined FACC AG in 2013 as the Managing Director, where they currently hold the position. Alongside their role at FACC AG, Sumeet also served as a Member of the Board of Advisors at MIT ADT University from 2020 to 2022. Throughout their career, Sumeet has demonstrated strong leadership skills and expertise in engineering services, project management, and team coordination.
Sumeet Kalkar has a well-rounded education history in the field of Mechanical Engineering. Sumeet started their academic journey at G. H. Raisoni polytechnic college in Nagpur from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in D.M.E (Diploma in Mechanical Engineering).
After completing their diploma, Sumeet continued their studies and enrolled at the Maharashtra Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2005. During this period, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
In addition to their formal education, Sumeet has also obtained a certification as an AS9100 auditor from TÜV SüD in August 2011. This certification reflects their knowledge and expertise in auditing quality management systems specific to the aerospace industry.
