Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a strong background in organic products and nutrition. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana manages an online store focused on organic body care products and environmental sustainability. In addition to this role, Mariana has worked as an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Mariana previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019, practiced as a Nutritionist in a private consulting office from February 2016 to 2019, and taught university-level courses related to applied mathematics in nutrition and the history of food at a vocational training school from August 2016 to August 2017.
