Linda Lyle

Linda Lyle is an accomplished Executive and Leadership Coach with extensive experience in organizational development and training. Since December 2016, Linda Lyle has operated Linda Lyle Executive Coaching, focusing on guiding senior managers in building resiliency during transitions. Additionally, at FACET INC, Linda Lyle assists clients in navigating career purpose and finding suitable positions. Previous roles include Director of Learning/OD & Enterprise Change Management at Stewart Title, where Linda Lyle enhanced organizational efficiency and training programs, and Training Manager at GE Oil & Gas, where integration of acquisitions into learning programs was achieved. Linda Lyle also held positions at Champion Technologies, Fleetwood Enterprises, and CSC as a Global Training Manager and Senior Sales Trainer, respectively. Linda Lyle holds a Master's degree in Training and Development and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Houston.
