Sarah Jane Dayley has over 20 years of diverse work experience in various roles and industries.
Sarah Jane began their career as an Assistant Manager at Claire's Accessories in 2001 and worked their way up to the position of Manager. In 2004, they transitioned to Icing by Claire's, where they continued to excel in a managerial role until 2006.
From 2006 to 2011, Sarah served as a Manager at LIDS Sports Group, gaining valuable leadership experience within the retail industry.
In 2011, they joined Myler Disability as an RTS legal consultant/Administrative Assistant, where they contributed to legal consultations and provided administrative support.
Sarah then worked as a Junior Sales Assistant at Zoe's Kitchen in 2012, demonstrating their versatility in a sales-oriented environment.
In 2013, they joined Boostability as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for managing front-desk operations and supporting the executive team. Sarah Jane eventually took on the role of Accounting Assistant, overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable, as well as assisting with payroll and month-end reconciliations.
In 2019, Sarah joined Facet as an Executive Assistant, supporting the executive team and other employees through tasks such as creating reports, organizing travel, and implementing HR strategies. Sarah Jane later progressed to roles with increasing responsibilities, including HR Manager and HR and Finance Manager, before assuming their current position as VP of HR and Finance. In this role, they oversee all aspects of People Operations, company policies, and procedures, as well as financial matters for the organization.
Throughout their career, Sarah has developed expertise in HR, finance, business law procedures, and contract laws. Sarah Jane has a proven track record of effectively managing teams and implementing strategic initiatives.
Sarah Jane Dayley attended Brigham Young University from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Media Arts. Sarah Jane then pursued further education at Utah Valley University from 2019 to 2022, earning an Associate's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations. In addition to their formal education, Sarah obtained certifications in HR Guidelines (from LinkedIn in November 2020) and Organizational Learning and Development (also from LinkedIn in April 2020).
