Gilberto Torres

Gilberto Torres has a diverse range of work experience. Gilberto started their career in 2010 as a Network Analyst at AT&T. In 2012, they founded Gforce Networks Belgium and served as the CEO until 2018. During the same period, they also founded Gforce Networks Portugal and held the CEO position. In 2017, they briefly worked as an Intel Security Specialist at Group AVEVE. In 2019, they joined Satnam Infosys as a Business Developer. Most recently, they started working at Facil as an ICT Systems Administrator in 2023.

Gilberto Torres has a diverse education history. In 2006, they studied at the Cisco Network Academy, where they obtained a degree in CCNA. In 2011, they attended Intec Brussel and pursued a degree in ICT Security Specialist, specializing in Cisco Network Security, Windows Server 2003/2008, ISA, Active Directory, and Cryptography. In 2012, they briefly studied at Syntra and earned a degree in Bedrijfs Beheer. In 2017, Gilberto attended two institutions. Gilberto completed a program called SME Challenge at Vlerick Business School, focusing on Business Administration and Management. Gilberto also obtained a certification in McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator 5.1 from McAfee.

Additionally, Gilberto obtained several certifications. In 2018, they acquired certifications in Network Devices and Strategic DNS Ops and Security from Cybrary. Gilberto also completed various courses on LinkedIn, including Become a Project Coordinator, Become a Small Business Owner, Business Foundations, Business Writing Principles, Communication Foundations, Creating a Business Plan, Critical Thinking, Enhancing Your Productivity, Entrepreneurship Foundations, Entrepreneurship: Finding and Testing Your Business Idea, Entrepreneurship: Raising Startup Capital, Finance Foundations: Income Taxes, and GIS on the Web. In 2019, they attained certifications in ISC2 Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) and UNDERSTAND CLOUD COMPUTING, both from Cybrary. More recently, in 2023, they completed certifications in CISSP Cert Prep (2021): The Basics and Excel Quick Tips from LinkedIn.
