Rupesh Shah

Rupesh Shah has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Rupesh currently holds the position of VP of Engineering at FacilGo, Inc. where they focus on improving property operations and resident experience through their platform. At Xpanse, Rupesh was the Director of Engineering and led a new department focused on mortgage borrowing integrations. Rupesh also managed the Engineering team at Paradigm, where they played a key role in solidifying the team after an acquisition. Prior to that, Rupesh worked as a Director of Engineering at RealPage, Inc, where they successfully handled technical responsibilities and implemented Agile processes. Rupesh also has previous experience as a Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager at OpsTechnology Inc, and as a Senior Software Engineer at OpsTechnology, Technical Solutions Group, Inc, Motif, Inc, and Associated Infotech Ltd. Throughout their career, Rupesh has demonstrated their ability to recruit and build teams, provide leadership, and bring positive changes to the organizations they have worked for.

Rupesh Shah pursued their Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya from 1991 to 1995. In 2009, they attended the University of California, Berkeley for a short period to study Project Management. In addition to their formal education, Rupesh Shah obtained a Neo4j Certification from Neo4j in September 2019.
