Moira Cleary

Moira Cleary is the Director of Operations at the Facility Guidelines Institute since March 2022, where responsibilities include managing daily operations, executing initiatives in sales, marketing, customer care, and technology, as well as optimizing business processes. Previously, Moira served as the Digital Operations Manager, directly addressing customer service and technical issues. Moira's prior experience includes working as an Operations Strategist at Systemize Ops, assisting entrepreneurs in building sustainable businesses and as the Digital Marketing Manager at GIS WebTech, leading significant improvements in email marketing and CRM transitions. Additionally, Moira was a Certified Professional Coach at Surviving the Waiting Room, providing holistic coaching to moms of children with medical conditions while creating a successful podcast and virtual summits. Moira holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications and Psychology from Eastern Connecticut State University.
