Samuel King has extensive experience in building management systems (BMS) and IoT, currently serving as the Head of BMS Engineering at FPC Group since April 2025. Previously, Samuel held the position of IoT Program Manager at Google from September 2021 to April 2025, and worked as a Digital Buildings & IoT Consultant at Facility Performance Consulting from June 2019 to September 2021. Prior to this, Samuel spent over four years as a BMS Controls Engineer at BBI Controls Limited. A diverse background also includes a brief period of travel in South East Asia. Samuel holds an NVQ Level 3 in Electrician from Bracknell and Wokingham College, completed between 2011 and 2014, and attended Charters School from 2004 to 2010.
