Michael Nicolaou, CPA, CA, currently serves as the VP of Finance at FacilityOS (formerly iLobby) since August 2021, overseeing comprehensive finance and accounting functions including financial reporting, FP&A, tax, treasury, and financial operations. Previously, Michael held various roles at Dealer-FX Group, Inc. from July 2020 to August 2021, culminating as Senior Director of Finance, where contributions included leading financial planning and analysis and playing a key role in the company's $200M acquisition by Snap-on. Michael’s experience also includes a position at Wave HQ as Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis, and roles at Magna Closures and KPMG Canada, focusing on financial analytics, audit services, and risk consulting. Michael earned a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) in Accounting from Ontario Tech University in 2013.
