Bruno Guillen

Bruno Guillen has worked in a variety of roles across different companies since 2014. Bruno began their career as a Local Organizer for Ideation Brasil in 2015. In 2014, they were a Summer Finance Intern for SumUp, where they participated in the improvement of bank conciliation, assisted with the integration between the company's local and international finance, and assisted with pricing and inventory control. In 2016, they returned to SumUp as a Summer Payments Intern, where they developed new businesses and partnerships for the payments area, created verification processes for the daily payout, and created operational processes, verification and performance analysis for a new payments system. In 2017, they worked as an Engineer Intern for Marborges Agroindustria and participated in the reformulation of finance operations, roles were created, operational processes were mapped, or created, in order to stabilize cash flow from operations with health insurance companies. In 2018, they worked as Innovation Manager and Finance Analyst for DNA Consult Genética e Biotecnologia Ltda., where they were responsible for devising new products and operations, conducted market and client researches, created accreditation processes to acquire new clients, and implemented an ERP system to control and monitor finance activities. In 2019, they worked as a Solutions Engineer for CodeLoop. In 2020, they worked as an Especialista de Novos Negócios and New Business Developer for Itera | Inteligência Artificial. In 2021, they are currently working as an Operations Manager for Facio.

Bruno Guillen completed a Bachelor in Industrial Engineering from USP - Universidade de São Paulo between 2013 and 2019. Bruno also completed high school from Cristo Rei Marília School between 2000 and 2011. Bruno has obtained several certifications, including 6.00.1x: Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python from MITx on edX in August 2021, Scrum Foudation Professional Certificate (SFPC) - (English) and (PTBR) from CertiProf in June 2020, Trilha de Data Science/Engineering from Opensanca in October 2019, and Certificado do BM&Fbovespa Como investir em ações from BM&FBOVESPA.
