Operations Manager at Faclon Labs

Sarang Vakharia has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2017, they worked for Faclon Labs as a Production Manager. Sarang successfully achieved a manufacturing mark of 900 units per month by implementing JIT and Lean manufacturing principles. Sarang also had hands-on experience in mechanical design, reverse engineering products, and optimizing enclosures through 3D printing.

Later in the same year, Sarang joined Tow-botic Systems as a Mechanical Engineer for a brief period.

In 2017, Sarang also worked as a Production Supervisor at ECOEV INDIA PVT LTD.

In 2018, they transitioned to the role of Assistant Operations Manager at Faclon Labs. Here, they worked closely with the product team for ABS plastic enclosures, built a team of ITI persons, and designed the manufacturing process.

Finally, in 2020, Sarang became the Operations Manager at Faclon Labs. Sarang led the team in executing various projects in fields like Water, Energy, PLC, Machine health monitoring, and automation systems. Sarang effectively managed a growing workforce and implemented end-to-end project execution processes. Additionally, they collaborated with hardware and software product teams to incorporate client feedback and had knowledge of import/export processes and cloud architecture.

Sarang Vakharia completed their secondary education at D.P.Y.A. High School from 1997 to 2011, where they earned a degree in S.S.C. in the field of secondary high school. Following this, from 2011 to 2014, they attended jayawantrao sawant polytechnic, where they obtained a diploma in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician. Finally, Sarang went on to complete their Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical at Dwarkadas J. Sanghvi College of Engineering from 2014 to 2017.

Faclon Labs
