Richard Thompson is a Chief Quality and Compliance Officer at Families and Community Together. With a background in social work and psychology, Richard has extensive experience in developing tools to collect data, implementing quality improvement activities, and working with families to ensure their feedback is utilized. Richard also has experience as a Care Manager Supervisor, IT Support Specialist, and Case Manager in various organizations, including New Life Mental Health and Bonnie Brae. Richard holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from Rutgers University, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kean University, and an Associate of Science in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Essex County College.
