Kay joined Fact Forward in November 2016 as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. In her current role as Finance & Operations Specialist, she works closely with the CEO, Fact Forward executive officers, and the Board of Directors to support overall operations. She is a seasoned executive assistant having held positions in banking, financial investments, insurance, education, and non-profits. A native of Macon, GA she studied Business Management at Macon State College. Kay and her husband moved to South Carolina in 2015 and reside in the Irmo/Ballentine area.

act Forward was founded in 1994 to combat increasingly high rates of teen pregnancy in our state. Today, we are nationally recognized as a thought leader and innovator among teen pregnancy prevention organizations. The mission of Fact Forward is to improve the health and economic well-being of individuals, communities, and the state of South Carolina and beyond by preventing teen pregnancy and advancing adolescent reproductive health. To achieve its mission, Fact Forward works with a variety of programs - public, private, school and community-based - in all regions of the state.
