Charlie Tillinghast is the Co-Founder and CEO of Factal. Prior to their current position, Charlie was the CEO of Friend Media Technology Systems, LTD from August 2013 to July 2014. Charlie has also served as the President and CEO of Mixpo from January 2013 to January 2018. Appointed CEO after serving on board-of-directors, Charlie successfully lead Mixpo through its acquisition by Netsertive, Inc. in August 2017.

From May 2005 to December 2012, Charlie Tillinghast was the President & CEO of MSNBC Interactive News, LLC. Charlie was also the Publisher & General Manager of MSNBC Interactive News, LLC from January 2004 to December 2005, and the Director of Sales & Business Development from January 1999 to December 2003.

Charlie Tillinghast has a Bachelor of Arts - Honors from Brown University in American Civilization. Charlie also has a Semester abroad from Centro de Estudios Colombo-Americano (CEUCA) in Spanish language & Latin American history. Lastly, they have an MBA from Harvard Business School in Business.
