Frank Oviedo

Frank Oviedo has worked in the creative industry for over 15 years. Frank began their career in 2004 as an Art Director at Bernstein-Rein Advertising. In 2008, they became the Owner/Director of Liquid 9, specializing in commercial directing and tabletop and documentary-style content. Frank's awards include Cannes Lions, One Show Pencils and National Addys. In 2015, they became a Partner/Executive Creative Director at Faction.

Frank Oviedo attended Wayne State College from 1999 to 2001. Frank then attended the Kansas City Art Institute from 2001 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Design.
