Ole Henning Fredriksen

Ole Henning Fredriksen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Ole Henning co-founded IKO Group in 1994 and served as the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) until the present. In 2013, they also became the CEO & Chairman of IKO Bygg AS, a property developer known for delivering high-quality buildings. Additionally, they co-founded Factlines AS in 2012. Prior to these roles, Fredriksen was a co-founder and chairman of Hamn i Senja (Senja Reiseliv AS) in 1991. Ole Henning also co-founded and served as the CEO of IKO Holding AS in 1990. In 2000, they became an entrepreneur at Modem Bad AS and co-founder & CEO of TraceTracker Innovation ASA. Ole Henning was a partner at Prudentia from 1996 to 1999.

Ole Henning Fredriksen's education history includes completing an MBA in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Nord University from 1986 to 1988. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Economics at the University of Agder (UiA) from 1984 to 1985. Before their Bachelor's degree, they attended Narvik University College (HiN) from 1982 to 1984, where they completed an Engineer degree with a focus on Buildings & Constructions.
