Bram Wessel has a diverse work experience in information architecture, user experience, and design. Bram started their career as an Information Architect and co-founder of The Insight Group, followed by work as an Experience Architect and Executive Producer at THINK Interactive. Bram then became an Experience Strategist and Principal at Rocketman Enterprises, where they worked on interactive features for home video productions.
Bram also founded their own UX strategy and information architecture consulting practice that served clients such as Adobe, Amazon, Microsoft, Safeco, and many others from 2002 to 2012. From 2005 to 2011, they were an Experience Strategist, CTO, and Co-Founder at Metabeam Corporation, where they produced media content and developed interactive navigation systems for multi-screen digital media.

Bram Wessel graduated high school in 1985 from Central Kitsap High School with a diploma in English Language and Literature, General. In 1986, they enrolled at Reed College and pursued a Bachelor's degree in English, which they completed in 1990. In 2000, Bram Wessel attended the School of Visual Concepts to learn about User Experience, though it's not specified whether or not they obtained any degree from the institution.
