Shannon Psaila

Shannon Psaila is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in people experience and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of People Experience & Transformation at David Jones since January 2023, Shannon previously held the position of Global Head of Organisation Development at Planet Innovation from August 2018 to January 2023, contributing to the company’s recognition as Australia’s Most Innovative Company. Shannon's tenure at Australia Post spanned from April 2013 to July 2018, where roles included Head of People Experience & Infrastructure and Program Manager for People & Career, overseeing strategies for a workforce of over 70,000 employees. Earlier career highlights include roles as Talent Management Consultant at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia and Organizational Development Consultant at Nufarm. Shannon holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from Monash University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Victoria University.
