Michelle Weiss is the founder and HRIT consultant at WEISSolutions Consulting, where extensive experience includes leading full-cycle HR software implementations for SMB clients since June 2009. Current role as a senior consultant at Factor Humano began in January 2024; previously served as a senior manager of digital transformation at Third Stage Consulting Group from August 2021 to January 2024, providing software selection guidance during ERP digital transformations.
