Tristan Cooper

Tristan Cooper is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Factor since January 2015, following a role as a Senior Contract Analyst at Axiom from January 2013 to 2015. Prior experiences include positions as a Law Clerk at Denison & Associates, PC, where responsibilities involved preparing memorandums and motions for commercial litigation, and as a Research Assistant at Boston College Law School, focusing on memorandums related to terrorism and civil liberties. Tristan also interned at the New Hampshire Public Defender and the American Bar Association, engaging in research and motion drafting. Early internship experience includes work at Cooper, Deans & Cargill, where real estate title abstraction and discovery document drafting were key tasks.
