Ella (Xiaoye) L. has extensive experience working in the global logistics industry. Ella(Xiaoye) started their career as a Management Trainee at DHL Global Forwarding in 2014. Later, they worked at Flexport in various roles, including Senior Product Specialist, Program Manager, and Senior Associate, focusing on ocean freight operations. At Silq, they served as Head of Operations for East Asia and Product Manager of Operations Workflow between 2021 and 2023. Currently, they are Head of Operations, Asia, at Factored Quality, leading the company's operations in Asia. Throughout their career, Ella has built and managed teams, optimized shipping fulfillment, and established workflows to ensure efficient service delivery.
