Andrew Pease

Andrew Pease currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at Factored since April 2025. Previously, Andrew held the Chief Financial Officer position at Pandion from May 2024 to January 2025, overseeing customer pricing, financial forecasting, planning, analysis, accounting, treasury, and tax. Between November 2023 and May 2024, Andrew was the Chief Operating Officer for Happy Returns, a subsidiary of UPS, managing finance, strategy, legal, and information security. At PayPal, from June 2021 to November 2023, Andrew functioned as Senior Director of Growth and Finance for Happy Returns, where contributions led to a successful sale to UPS for $465 million. Additionally, Andrew served as a Board Advisor for Max Retail from October 2022 to July 2023 and as Lead Mentor for Techstars LA from April 2022 to July 2023. Andrew holds a BA in Business Economics with an emphasis in Accounting from UC Santa Barbara and completed high school at the American School in London.
