Valentina Ibarra Florez has worked in a variety of roles since 2018. Valentina began their career as an Asistente de investigación del laboratorio de Neuromarketing, Monitora Asignatura Fundamentos de Mercadeo, and Monitora Asignatura Creatividad, Innovación y Diseño de Producto y Servicio at Universidad de La Sabana in 2018. In 2019, they worked as a Marketing Intern at Alquería. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Sitel and currently works as a Technical Recruiter at Factored.

Valentina Ibarra Florez completed their Bachelor of Business Administration - BBA in International Business at the Universidad de La Sabana in 2020. Prior to that, they attended Gateway Charter High School and completed their Eleventh Grade in 2014.
