Caroline Kazama

Caroline Kazama is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Factorial since February 2023, responsible for the HR structure in the Brazilian operation and reporting directly to the regional CEO. With a trilingual proficiency in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Caroline leads a multidisciplinary team encompassing HR, IT, and Finance, overseeing a range of functions including operations, payroll, engagement, benefits, performance, recruitment, and talent management. Prior to this role, Caroline held various positions in HR, including People Operations Team Leader and People Generalist, and gained experience in recruitment at Aprova Digital and as a payroll analyst at Vallor Contabilidade. Caroline also completed internships in Clinical Psychology and Sport Psychology during academic training at Centro Universitário FAG, where a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology was obtained.
