Jorge Chávez Cué has a diverse and extensive work experience. Jorge began their career at DHL Express Mexico, where they held various roles, including Business Development Coordinator & Key Account Manager and Business Senior Sales Analyst. Jorge then moved on to Ibushak, where they served as the eCommerce Commercial Head, focusing on customer acquisition and strategic partnerships.

Later, Chávez Cué joined DHL eCommerce as the Regional Sales Sr. Manager LATAM, responsible for acquiring new customers and developing logistics solutions for eCommerce in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. Jorge then transitioned to Enapsys as a Business Unit Manager, overseeing the P&L of the SaaS products division and managing strategic partnerships.

Chávez Cué also worked at Lok, where they held multiple positions, including Head of Business Development, Chief Commercial Officer, and Advisor. Jorge was responsible for sales management, strategic partnerships, and the implementation of a last-mile solution for pickup and drop-off points.

In their most recent role at bonum coaching, Chávez Cué served as the Head of Sales, leading the business development team across multiple Latin American countries and expanding into new markets. Currently, they are the Head of Channel & Partnerships Latam at Factorial, where they are responsible for the company's channel strategy and business development.

Throughout their career, Chávez Cué has demonstrated expertise in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, and team management. Jorge possesses a strong understanding of the Latin American market and has successfully implemented growth strategies and achieved business results in various industries.

Jorge Chávez Cué obtained a Diplomatura in Entrepreneurship and Competitiveness Programs from Columbia Business School in 2018. Prior to that, they graduated from Universidad Panamericana in 2009 with a degree in Industrial Engineering. In 2022, they received a certification in Sales Navigator from LinkedIn through Acreditta.
