Xavier Fuchs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy and client engagement within the real estate and workspace design sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Commercial Strategy & Client Engagement at Factory, Xavier focuses on creating innovative workspaces for companies. Previously, as Managing Director for Africa & French Overseas at Tarkett, Xavier was responsible for driving revenue and establishing market presence across multiple regions. Prior to that role, Xavier held various positions at Steelcase, including Business Development Director and Regional Director, demonstrating a strong track record in sales growth and strategic market expansion across diverse geographic areas. Xavier possesses a Master's degree in Business from Clermont School of Business and a Corporate Finance Certificate from ESCP Business School.
